What this course covers? 

For prequalified lash technicians to refresh and evolve their creative Eyelash Extensions (1 Day) training includes: 

REFRESH 

• Health, Safety and Legal stuff
• How to apply individual eyelashes extensions 
• How to remove individual eyelashes extensions 
• How to infill individual eyelashes extensions 

EVOLVE

• Introduction to Business Planning (Product vs Service)
• Branding and Marketing   
• Income and Cashflow

Course Kits 

We provide all products and tools (mannequin head and live model) required to complete the practical training on the day. At present, we do not include any kits within our training courses but have a list of trusted providers for you to begin practicing.  

What you will I learn? 

This course package consists of 1 day practical training days to learn both Russian and Strip Effect lash extensions. 

The training day is from 4pm – 8pm, splitting the day into "Refresh your Lash skills" and "Evolve your lash business" . We have a jam-packed day therefore please arrive at 9.45am to ensure a prompt start. 

You will learn the following: 

REFRESH 

• Health, Safety and Legal stuff
• Consultation – how to consult a client on the style of lashes they want 
• Set Up – how to set up your lash station 
• Mapping – how to correctly number the lash lengths and letters, how to creatively map for the strip lash effect, how to
  map coloured lash 
• Application – how to apply individual lashes, how to create spikes, how to increase speed of lashing, how to apply lash
  decals 
• Infilling – how to infill a lash set 
• Aftercare – how to provide clients with
  aftercare advice 
• Removal – how to remove lash extensions 

EVOLVE

• Introduction to Business Planning (Product vs Service)
• Customer service and Client care
• Branding and Marketing   
• Income and Cashflow

What qualification will I receive? 

When you have successfully completed your training, you will receive BbyC Academy certificate which is fully Accredited by Beauty Industry Approval (BIA). This allows you to gain public liability (beauty) insurance to work with paying clients.
